They come when I need them and they are good with my mother. My mother has dementia and I am the only one taking care of her and I need help. I have them there so my mother does not fall. If they are taking care of her during the day, they make sure she eats.

They are friendly and helpful. I have some dizzy spells so it is nice to have someone there. The caregivers are here for me in case I do something. They cook for me and do things for me. They are delightful and nice and I like them. I have had 2 of them and I like them both.

I liked the personal service they provide and the quick responsiveness they provided. They made it convenient for us having them do the transportation twice a week because we all have full time jobs. I love the caregivers we have had and that they’re outstanding. They’re very experienced. They help with my husband and other things around the house. They have taught me a lot. They know how to move my husband, change him and take care of his bed. The owner has always been available and answers all of my questions. They genuinely care and like what they do.

They give you correct information and they are very helpful. I just like having someone there to help my mother. She (the caregiver) arranges things in a way to keep my mother from falling. They have a quick response time and they always call back if I leave a message. They are just kind and caring towards my mother.

They are respectful and they care more about the patients than anything else. Anytime I call they answer the phone and if not they get back to me right away. They are just on top of everything. They listen to me and do things the way I want them done.

They are easy to deal with. They are responsive. I can text or call them. They respond 24/7. The staff is really good.

The owner is amazing. He is very kind and looked at the family as individuals. The caregivers were so reliable, that made a huge difference to us. They responded very, very quickly. They were personable, they would listen to my dad, and respect him. My dad is also that way, so they got along very well.

I do not feel like a number. I feel like a person. They have really listened to me when I have had problems. They take responsibility and work it out.

Our caregiver goes above and beyond to engage my mom in conversation and in activity. She has played so many card games I would be sick of it. She has a great sense of humor.
