Meet Our Team

I opened Home Helpers in 2008 with a vision of being the premier provider of care to seniors, individuals recovering from surgery/injury, and new moms. Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of families in Marin County and San Francisco. I have a deep passion for helping people and supporting families as they navigate our challenging health care system. I am constantly inspired by our caregivers, my management team, and our clients. I am the mother of 6 amazing teenagers. When I am not working, I like to be outdoors, watch sports, or travel to new places.

I have been with Home Helpers since 2008, when our company first started. I am primarily responsible for overseeing the office team and all financial aspects of the business. I take great pride and pleasure in the work that I do. I am dedicated to assisting our clients and employees with their ongoing needs and to support them in the best way possible. On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, my pup, and my family. I love everything Italian, including music, winetasting and travelling.

I am a Registered Nurse with a Masters and Health Service Administration. I have experience working with seniors in independent and assisted living as well as skilled nursing facilities. I also have an extensive background in working in mental health and crisis response. Working in homecare is an honor. We provide safe and comfortable surroundings for seniors in their own home, allowing them to age gracefully with all their needs met. When I am not working, I love to play with my dogs.

I started my journey with Home Helpers as an Administrative Assistant in 2016. Through the years, I have worked closely with all the staff members, helping with many tasks that include Billing, Payroll, Organizing and Filing. I take pride in knowing that my role in the office helps a staff member, caregiver, client and their families. I personally admire each one of our positions because I know that our clients as well as caregivers are receiving the best care and attention. As a person that is very close to her family, I am appreciative of our line of work also, the dedication, compassion and care provided. I feel comfort in knowing that there are people out there who can one day help care for mine. Aside from my work, I enjoy my family, my pets and exploring new places and restaurants.

I have extensive experience in the Home Care industry in many roles; Caregiver, Certified Nurse Assistant, Red Cross Instructor, a Firefighter, both in the home and at Facilities. This has broadened my views on what is essential in life. It also gives me a better understanding of our own staffing needs. The experience our staff bring to us, together with our Training and Support makes for a great recipe and a great relationship for both the Clients and Caregivers.

I’ve been on the Home Helpers management team for nine years and as our company continues to grow my job opportunities have changed. I’m currently working as Staffing Coordinator handling recruiting, onboarding, and online training. I’m very proud of my career with Home Helpers and I’ve never been happier with my position within the organization; I’ve also done caregiving and scheduling. On my time off I volunteer with rescue horses and I enjoy spending time with my 95-year-old dad.
