Jasmin is a dedicated home care industry leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare staffing and operations. In 2024, she launched her own business with Home Helpers Home Care, where she continues her mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families in need.

Prior to this, Jasmin served as Vice President of Home Care Operations at Cross Country Healthcare (formerly Healthcare Talent), where she led a caregiver program with more than 2,500 employees serving patients across the United States. Her leadership was instrumental in scaling operations, improving service delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Jasmin grew up in the community of Rancho Cucamonga and is proud to now be servicing senior citizens in the very community she was raised in.

Anahi Ruiz is a skilled and dedicated recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. With experience in both in-house and remote recruitment, she has worked across a variety of industries, including healthcare and industrial staffing. Anahi excels at relationship building, time management, and handling client communications.

She is well-versed in using multiple sourcing platforms, managing candidate tracking systems, and driving recruitment strategies. Known for her organizational skills and multitasking abilities, she is a self-starter who consistently meets goals and manages recruitment workflows efficiently. Anahi is fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows her to effectively engage with a diverse pool of candidates.
