I have been a client of Home Helpers in Prattville for nearly 2 years now and my experiences have been wonderful. I have had 3 different caretakers and each one has been great. My current caretaker is so caring and good to me that I don't know what I would do without her. Being nearly 95 I can be very stubborn and difficult at times but my helper is so understanding and knows just how to calm me down and make me feel comfortable. Home Helpers was always available via phone call - whether it was a question about charges, a schedule change, or simply to discuss options for making my father's life as full and independent as possible. Whenever we had issues, they were available to get us back on track. They provided whatever assistance or guidance we needed. Specifically, we have used them for daily caregiver duties (light cleaning, transportation, medicine-taking supervision, help with laundry, cooking, etc.) as well as a deep clean of the home after he passed away from Covid related illness in January, 2021.
