Meet Our Team

Heather has more than a decade of experience in the healthcare industry and has worked as a consultant, financial analyst, and federal policy and operational lead. At the Innovation Center at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), her work included writing and implementing policy for incentives intended to improve quality of care and beneficiary health outcomes. As part of this work, she also led Medicare home benefits expansions offered to health professionals receiving those incentives. In her prior financial work, she analyzed pricing and new business opportunities for the University of Maryland Faculty Physicians and at Inovalon, a third party data administrator, as well as leading newer analysts. She is excited to enter home care because of the opportunity to work more closely with patients and because of her admiration and support of caregivers.
