Shana, originally from Philadelphia, is a new Delaware County resident and has joined the Home Helper team in April 2024. She is happily married with two children. Shana is a registered nurse who graduated from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing in 2001. Shana is very diversified with 23 years of nursing experience. Some of her professional qualifications include: cardiac telemetry, case management, wound care, and school nursing. Shana strives to deliver excellent quality care to patients of all ages. Joining Home Helpers will excel her strong teamwork qualities, outstanding communication skills, superior work ethic, and most importantly, being a passionate advocate for patients and their families.
Angel is a proud Delco resident who is originally from Liberia, West Africa. Angel joined the Home Helper team in August 2024. She is a mother of one and is dedicated to achieving balance in her professional and personal life. Angel has a strong understanding of the Non-Medical Home Care Industry from her previous work experience with Atina and Genesis LLC where she provided scheduling assist, client support and various administrative duties. She also has caregiving experience. Angel is very committed to her church, Fellowship of Intercessors, her community, and educational services. She strives to make a difference in the world. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has plans to obtain a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.
Urcina is a registered nurse leader with 19 years of experience across acute care, long-term care, skilled home health, case management, performance improvement, and utilization review. She completed her initial nursing education at Harcum College and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University with a focus in Nurse Education. She joined Home Helpers in January of 2026.
Urcina is known for her collaborative, supportive leadership style and her ability to guide teams through complex clinical decision-making while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accountability, and patient-centered care. She values professional growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, and aligning clinical practice with organizational goals. Urcina resides in Delaware County, is married, and has three boys (ages 24, 20, and 16). Outside of work, she enjoys music, traveling, attending carnivals, and crafting.
