Meet Our Team

Brandy started Home Helpers Marysville in 2023 with a simple goal: to be the extended family when the family can’t be there. Over more than 20 years in healthcare administration, some of her favorite work was with older adults. Later, as a Realtor, she especially loved helping seniors through big life transitions. She’s a Certified Senior Advisor, a credential focused on the health, financial, and social needs of older adults. She opened the agency with her husband, Bryce, and her mother, Lois, a retired RN, so “family-run” isn’t just a slogan here. Brandy stays actively involved in the agency, and she’s proud of the team that handles the day-to-day care families rely on.

Brandy values the stories and wisdom older adults carry, and she takes their safety and well-being personally. Her own parents are living full, active lives as they get older, and she wants that for every client. With grown children and grandchildren of her own, she understands what families juggle at this stage of life, and she makes the process feel manageable and sometimes even fun. Away from work, she loves time with friends and family, a good book, and her recently discovered vegetable garden. And anyone who knows her knows she loves her cats.

Kacey is often the first member of our team you’ll meet. She works with clients, families, and community partners, and she helps with initial visits, introductions between clients and caregivers, and other in-person needs as you get started with Home Helpers Marysville. Kacey has always had a heart for helping people. She loves getting to know each family, learning what matters to them, and helping build a care plan around their needs and preferences. She especially enjoys helping veterans and their families explore VA benefits that may help pay for in-home care, and she’s someone families can turn to when they’re feeling overwhelmed.

Outside of work, Kacey loves spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. You’ll often find her out on the water boating, fishing, or crabbing, or at home in her garden. She also enjoys making fermented foods from what she grows.

Once services begin, Kayley will be your main point of contact and the person from our office you’ll see most often. She coordinates your care, supports your caregiver team, and works closely with clients and families to keep everything running smoothly. Kayley is drawn to home care because it helps older adults stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. It’s the kind of care she would want for her own loved ones, and she brings that same compassion and attention to every family we serve.

Caregiving is part of Kayley’s life outside the office too, as she helps care for older family members who live nearby. In her free time, she enjoys cooking a good meal, traveling whenever she can, and the occasional day of doing as little as possible.

Bryce helped open Home Helpers Marysville and leads our caregiver recruitment, so he’s usually the first person caregivers meet when they join our team. He spent 25 years in law enforcement and has worked as a Realtor for more than a decade. That background shapes how he hires: he looks for caregivers who are dependable, trustworthy, and a good fit for the families we serve. Bryce is straightforward and steady, and he wants every caregiver to start with a clear picture of the job and the support behind them.

Bryce grew up in Montana and still loves it there. He treasures time with family and is always up for a good road trip and swapping stories along the way. Bryce has always enjoyed dogs, including several K9 partners on the job, but these days he’s become quite the cat dad.
