Gina Taylor serves as one of the Client Services Manager at Home Helpers Home Care of London, Kentucky. She holds a degree in Business Management from Murray State University and has worked in leadership roles since 1991. In 1997, Gina shifted her focus to healthcare, attending the CNA program at Tennessee Technical College. She has since built a career serving seniors, disabled individuals, and patients with mental and physical challenges in home care settings. Gina also pursued further studies in phlebotomy and nursing at Somerset Community College. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, biking, gardening, and working with animals.
Roberta Dixon, known as “Berdie,” is a Client Services Manager and the Training Manager at Home Helpers Home Care of London, Kentucky. She studied at Somerset Community College and Eastern Kentucky University and brings over 25 years of experience in physical and occupational therapy as a technician, marketer, and chief office liaison. Her work in hospital, nursing home, and outpatient settings revealed the vital need for quality in-home care services. Berdie has provided part-time caregiving for over two decades and brings compassion and empathy to her role. She is especially skilled at matching caregivers to clients to ensure optimal care. Berdie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandson, and her hobbies include gardening, canning, art, kayaking, and nature walks.
April Goodin joined Home Helpers in August of 2019, bringing with her a strong background in sales and marketing. She originally came on board as the Sales and Marketing Manager and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2022. In her current role, April oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and manages a wide range of HR responsibilities to ensure the highest level of care for both clients and staff.
Will brings both medical knowledge and years of experience in personal service to his role as HR Manager. After studying in the medical field during college, he spent the last nine years working at a family-owned pharmacy, where he developed a passion for building trust and providing care on a personal level. That experience taught him to never underestimate the power of compassion and genuine connection.
Guided by the example of the care his grandparents once received, Will is committed to ensuring every client at Home Helpers is treated with the same respect, dignity, and kindness he would want for his own family.
Outside of work, Will is an avid sports and classic car enthusiast who enjoys spending time in the garage working on mechanics. A fun fact about him—he was a student-athlete recruited for the track team at Lincoln Memorial University while also coaching high school basketball.
Veronica Sewell is a Care Coordinator at Home Helpers Home Care of London, Kentucky. A native of McCreary County, Kentucky, she earned her SNRA license from McCreary Central High School in 2014. She has a background in healthcare and customer service, having worked as a night-shift aide at a nursing home and as a manager in the restaurant industry. Veronica joined Home Helpers in 2017 as a caregiver and later transitioned into her current dual role in the office. She is passionate about helping others and finds fulfillment in making a positive impact in clients’ lives. Veronica is a proud mother of three children, including a daughter and a set of twins. She enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in outdoor activities, and traveling when possible.
Laura Stamper is an experienced Scheduler and Care Coordinator with over eight years of dedicated service at Home Helpers Home Care. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth and reliable care for clients by managing schedules and coordinating closely with caregivers and families. Laura is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and compassionate approach to client support. Outside of work, Laura is a proud mom to two energetic boys. She enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her family and finds balance in nature and family life. Her dedication both at home and in her career reflects her dependable, caring nature and commitment to helping others.
Rebecca McCord is the Marketing and Sales Manager at Home Helpers Home Care of London, Kentucky. She brings over a decade of experience in the customer service industry, with the past five years dedicated to marketing and community engagement. Rebecca is passionate about connecting with people, building meaningful relationships, and supporting families in finding care solutions that fit their needs. She takes pride in giving back to her community and serving others through her work. Outside the office, Rebecca enjoys spending time outdoors, solving Sudoku puzzles, and making memories with her two-year-old son.

Originally from southeast Kentucky, she earned her CNA certification in both Kentucky and Michigan through Wayne County Community College. With more than 29 years of experience in the medical field, Janene brings a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of those she serves. She is married to her loving husband, and is a proud mother of two, and a grandmother to five grandsons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, four-wheeling, and camping.
Caitlyn’s journey into caregiving is more than a career—it’s a calling deeply rooted in her faith and desire to serve others. Her background in providing compassionate support to her own family and community inspired her to pursue caregiving as a way to help others maintain dignity and independence within the comfort of their homes.
