“Providing care for two hour shiFts, mornings on weekends and nights seven dAys a week was a real challenge for Home helpers but they tried and managed to fill these shifts. Sometimes they had to use a well trained master caregiver to fill in when there was no one to take the shift. Sometimes the same careGiver would take multiple shifts but EVEN WHEN there was a no show the office was on it and would get the shift covered. These are good caring people who Try, and usually do, get a qualifiEd caregiver for the needed care.”
