I've been using Home Helpers for about 10 months now for my Dad and can say they give the very best care possible. Edward is ultra accommodating and accessible immediately by text. The caregivers are not only consistently kind, thoughtful, dependable, and take such good care of my Dad but also look out for me as well with reminders to rest and eat and hugs. I would have gone pretty much insane early this year without Edward and his team. I can't say enough positive things about them and am so grateful for their care.

We met with the care advisor through a referral service and he was professional, responsive, and attentive. He listened carefully to our needs, which primarily included transportation for our elderly parents, house cleaning, and pet care. The team of caregivers does it all and no job is too small for them. It’s truly a full range, wrap around service that alleviate stress and worries associated with elderly care. We are grateful for the concierge level service for our elderly parents.

I want to share our family’s wonderful experience having the caregiver from Home Helpers to care for my aunt. We used another well know agency before. They were ok but we felt they over promise and under-delivered. They also have a lot of “conditions “and we felt they charge us on everything. After we spoke to Home Helper, the consultant was very straight forward let us know the cost and services right away. They are not the cheapest but IT IS ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE MONEY! The experience was like changing from flying in Spirit airline to flying in a private jet! The caregiver is so nice. She does everything for my aunt. Before, my mom and dad would realize that the other agency caregiver didn’t do what she supposed to do (like finish the laundry or put away the dishes or other things) My mom and dad would have to go after work to check. Now, our new caregiver takes care of it. It was such a breath of fresh air! The best part is that we no longer feel so stressed that we can’t go anywhere. When we go visit my aunt is not because we need to be there but because we want to be there. She is becoming more relaxed too because she doesn’t feel that she is a burden to us. Home Helpers care team is a God send. This is the best decision we made. If you are stressed because you feel stuck at doing everything, or having similar experience with other agencies, I highly recommend you give Home Helper a try.

I referred a friend who was looking for overnight help for her husband. She was using a different company but was not satisfied with it because of the language and cultural barrier. The owner and his team immediately reach out to the client. Shortly after, they were able to introduce a caregiver who is a good fit to the family. We were totally not prepared to handle the in home care of my husband after his hospital stay. Home Helpers, specially Mr. Edward Lin, was and is a God send. He gave us an overview of everything; resources, equipment, and hope. He answered questions we did not know to ask. Professional, completely knowledgeable, and best of all; compassionate! Edward Lin and his people were there to assist my family with caring for my father during a time of need. These folks are great. They went above and beyond by assisting with little odds and ends around the house. The caregiver even vacuumed and did the dishes and straightened the house. They took my father out to a movie and did other activities to get him out and moving. They have my full recommendation.
