I have 20 years experience in the field of branding, marketing, & communications for both a large international manufacturing company, as well as more recently for a non- profit serving the Catholic Church. In my experience of leading teams and being part of cross-functional organizational teams, I’ve been a part of each function of both businesses including HR, technology, strategy and operations and am excited to bring this knowledge over to the Home Helper business! I reside here in Fort Wayne, have been for 17 years and we have two girls, Mackenzie (15) and Scarlett (11).

The Business Administration Specialist is responsible for a variety of administrative duties to provide support to staff, clients, and business associates, and assist with daily office needs and operational activities to help ensure the business is running efficiently and effectively.

As the Client Experience Specialist, Karen is responsible for the initial experience of all incoming clients, focused on ensuring an ideal first impression of Home Helpers leading to a long relationship of outstanding, compassionate in-home care services.

The Care Fulfillment Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of fulfilling care for clients including recruiting and scheduling caregivers ensuring proper caregiver/client alignment to provide exceptional, compassionate, in-home care services.

The Care Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting the Care Fulfillment Manager in with fulfillment of care for clients including authorization management, scheduling, and recruiting caregivers, ensuring proper caregiver/client alignment to provide exceptional, compassionate, in-home care services.

As the Care Experience Manager, Joyce is responsible for the management of daily care activities, focused on ensuring optimum experience of clients and providing outstanding, compassionate, in-home care services.

As a Care Experience Supervisor, Natasha is responsible for the supervision of Caregivers and the daily care activities within their assigned territory, focused on ensuring optimum experience of clients and providing outstanding, compassionate, in-home care services.

As a Care Experience Supervisor, Destiny is responsible for the supervision of Caregivers and the daily care activities within their assigned territory, focused on ensuring optimum experience of clients and providing outstanding, compassionate, in-home care services.
