Hello my name is Dennis Agrusti, I have been a native resident of the Ft. Myers area for 39+ yrs. I have two wonderful children who live locally. My daughter Angela is the Vice President of Customer Service at FineMark bank, and my son Anthony is a Firefighter/EMT. I also have six amazing grandchildren. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I believe my faith in God has led me to where I am today. Prior to starting my family I was in the Army and as a Veteran I feel it is my duty to help other veterans. This is why our company is a VA provider & affiliated with several different Veteran programs. I was an Allstate agent for over 20 yrs and a Realtor for 10 yrs. I am very involved in my community and I enjoy meeting new people.

I chose to retire from the insurance business after temporarily relocating to Texas to care for my ailing mother. As a caregiver to my mother, I was able to see how difficult and demanding it can be on their loved ones. As a senior citizen myself, and knowing I may need hands on care in the future, I wanted to open a business that would be beneficial to the community. After much research, I decided Home Helpers was the right fit for me and what I was looking for. Home Helpers Franchise is very reputable and has been offering services across the nation for over 20 years. They are a leader in the industry offering state of the art education, training and information to employees and our client’s. I wanted to offer seniors the opportunity to stay in their homes to keep their independence as long as possible. I want everyone to know that Home Helpers is here for them; we are here to help them live an independent life in their home on their terms, and for the family members taking care of their loved ones alone we are here for you too. It’s about giving the family peace of mind and letting them know we are here to care for your loved ones and “Make Life Easier” for the entire family.

Yamiraliz is our Office Manager who brings to us over 7 years in experience in running an office, and over 10 years in training and handling administrative responsibilities. She handles the billing, payroll, scheduling, Hiring and most of our communication needs here at Home Helpers! She is Friendly, she is from Puerto Rico and in her free time, Yamiraliz loves to spend time with her Husband and her 5 children and her grandson, She is bilingual in English & Spanish.

Renee is our Scheduling Manager. Having many years of experience in the Home industry she knows how to successfully schedule incoming clients, coordinating many caregivers and locations. She handles many of calls to the office and the calls after hours, so you may recognize her voice! In her free time, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband, and her grandson, often at the beach.

Adriana work in our Leads and Marketing Department. She brings 5 years of experience and a friendly voice to help you learn more about Home Helpers and the many services we offer. She often assists in other departments, as she is bilingual in English/Spanish! Adriana is from Cuba. In her free time, Adriana enjoys spending time with her husband, and her kids she likes to go to the beach and have fun time.

Andrea is our RN. She comes out to your home for your initial assessment in order to set up your services. Andrea also trains our caregivers, HHAs & CNAs at Orientation. In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and family at the beach, shopping or playing with her Frenchie.
