“I had Home Helpers of Eastern Idaho to help my mom. They come in and do take care of my mom. They kind of clean her room, bathroom, and stuff upstairs. They would take her to doctor’s appointments to get her meds as far as that. VA paid for it, but I know it was $1,100 a month for what she got. They are just absolutely awesome. They were really friendly. My mom was 84. They were in their late 20s or 30s. They were very compassionate towards her; you do not always get that with younger people. I would use them again in a heartbeat.”

I’m kind of OCD about some things, and I’m extremely happy with how she understands and takes extra care in her work. For instance, having my shirts on the hanger facing left helps me remove them with my good hand; some people might resent such a nitpicky request, but Tracey gladly makes sure every shirt is correctly hung up. She is careful and thorough in everything she does, and it’s difficult for me to express how much I appreciate her. You made an extraordinary choice in selecting her as my helper. Apart from the very real assistance she gives me around the home, Tracey is wonderful company, especially on days when I might see no one else.”
