I have just finished my physical therapy. I wanted to thank Robert and Home Helpers Home Care of San Ramon for all your help in transporting me here and there. I always knew I could count on you every morning. It was therapeutic to be able to get out and around. My drivers and I always enjoyed our time together, even though we had a long ride every time. I was very tense when I started looking for a caregiver for my husband, David. I interviewed several agencies briefly by phone and chose four to meet in person. I asked the same questions of each of the four and listened carefully. Our mother has dementia and resides in a Memory Care/Assisted Living facility. The majority of these facilities don’t have the staff or capability to provide the required care for their residents. Our family decided to hire 24/7 caregivers because she was not receiving the needed care. From day one they have treated her with dignity and respect, attended to all of her needs and have been an advocate for her at the assisted living facility.
