Dear friends, We are truly thankful to all of you for all of the great care that you provided for Aldo and Enrica, our mom and dad, for so many months. There were challenges and some ups and downs, but all went very well and they and we were well taken care of by all of you. We are grateful for all of the care, concerns, phone calls, text message lunches, and dinners to feed me, mom and dad and all the times when a moral boost was needed, you were always there. We are saddened that mom and dad are no longer with us but happy that they had such great care. Thank you for all of the wonderful help. Kent, Christina, Ron, Michaela, Christian, Emma and Sophia. You are all great people. We wish you all of the best.

The moment that I met Karen Hale, I immediately knew how helpful she would be to my mother! She is so caring and kind. She always has time to listen to anything we have to say, and is so patient! She goes out of her way to make sure that every need is being met for my mom! Her caregivers are so helpful, and I am so thankful for all that they do every day. Home Helpers is the best! Angela and her team were nothing short of amazing. The staff had very thorough training ; and Mom’s comfort level ( physically and emotionally ) were always number one. Even when there was an issue Angela came immediately and stayed until all was resolved . The consistency in caregiver staff was wonderful. The policies in place for patient safety and cleanliness are like none other . We settled on 4 primary caregivers that truly became like family. Mom passed June 5 th and I still miss visiting her and Becca in the evenings.
