Andrea Romie is the owner of Home Helpers Home Care of Burnsville, where she is passionate about providing compassionate, reliable, and high-quality in-home care to individuals and families in her community.

With a strong background in business operations, Andrea understands the importance of creating an organization where both clients and caregivers feel supported, valued, and heard. She believes that exceptional care starts with building a strong team of compassionate, dependable professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of the people they serve.

When Andrea opened Home Helpers Home Care, she earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential and became listed on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. She believes that being directly involved in hands-on caregiving gives her a deeper understanding of the needs of her clients and the caregivers who serve them.

Andrea is committed to serving her community by providing personalized care that supports not only the individual receiving care, but their entire family. Her goal is to give clients the dignity, comfort, and independence they deserve while giving their loved ones peace of mind knowing they have a trusted team supporting them at home.

Through Home Helpers Home Care of Burnsville, Andrea strives to build lasting relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners — creating a care team that families can depend on.

Jill of Farmington, MN, holds a special place in the Home Helpers family as one of our very first caregivers. Her passion for caregiving began at home while raising her daughter, who has special needs. Through that experience, as well as caring for other family members, Jill discovered how much she truly enjoys helping others and making a difference in their lives.

Jill brings both personal experience and hands-on caregiving knowledge to the clients she serves. She has experience supporting individuals living with dementia, limited mobility, and behavioral needs. Jill understands that every person is unique, and she takes the time to provide care with patience, compassion, and respect. Her goal is to help each client feel comfortable, valued, and supported while maintaining as much independence as possible.

For Jill, caregiving is more than a job—it is an opportunity to build meaningful connections and be there for people when they need a helping hand.

When Jill isn’t caring for clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and riding motorcycles with her husband. Her warm personality, life experience, and genuine heart for helping others make her a wonderful part of the Home Helpers team.

Lonneice is one of our newest team members and is proud to serve families in Burnsville, MN. She brings several years of dedicated experience providing compassionate care and helping individuals with diverse needs maintain their independence and quality of life.

In addition to her hands-on caregiving experience, Lonneice has worked as a care coordinator. This experience has given her a deeper understanding of the importance of looking at the whole person and helping clients connect with the resources and support they need. She believes that great caregiving means not only providing assistance, but also listening, building trust, and empowering clients to live as independently as possible.

Lonneice brings a caring, knowledgeable, and supportive approach to each client she serves. She enjoys getting to know the people in her care and being someone their families can count on.

Outside of caregiving, Lonneice enjoys spending time with her family, including her children and grandchildren. Family is very important to her, and she brings that same warmth and compassion to the clients and families she serves.

Patty, from Elko New Market, MN, has spent her entire career caring for others. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to support many clients, with a special focus on caring for seniors. Her years of experience have given her a strong understanding of the importance of providing dependable, compassionate care tailored to each individual.

Patty loves getting to know her clients and enjoys spending time chatting and building meaningful connections. She believes that companionship is an important part of caregiving and takes the time to make her clients feel comfortable, heard, and valued.

Patty is also an expert when it comes to keeping a home clean, comfortable, and welcoming. She easily adapts to each client’s needs and takes pride in supporting their physical well-being while maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

In her spare time, Patty enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, going on walks with her dog and watching TV cooking shows.

Idil is a kind, caring, and dependable member of the Home Helpers team. She has several years of experience providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes and truly enjoys getting to know the people she cares for. She takes the time to understand each client’s needs and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

Idil is currently working toward obtaining her CNA certification as she continues to build her skills and knowledge in the caregiving field. Her polite and compassionate nature helps clients feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for.

When she’s not working, Idil enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at home. She values family time and brings that same caring spirit to the clients and families she supports.

Kenya, from St. Paul, MN, brings many years of experience caring for clients of all ages. While she has enjoyed supporting people throughout her caregiving journey, working with seniors holds a special place in her heart.

Kenya is a kind, personable, and supportive caregiver who takes the time to get to know each client and their family. She believes that meaningful relationships are an important part of providing compassionate care and enjoys learning about the people she supports, their lives, and what matters most to them.
For Kenya, caregiving is about more than providing assistance—it’s about being a trusted and caring presence and helping clients feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their own homes.

When Kenya isn’t caregiving, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, traveling, and worshiping with friends at her church in St. Paul. Her warm personality and genuine desire to help others make her a valued member of the Home Helpers team.
