Our Safe & Sound Daily Wellness Visits offer daily, in-person wellness checks. These 15 to 30-minute visits provide added support and safety for those who may need it.

We designed this service to offer peace of mind for clients and families. It works well for seniors living alone, individuals with early dementia or Alzheimer’s symptoms, or anyone needing daily reassurance. Clients and families alike can consider us a key component of the overall health care strategy for loved ones.

Key Features of Our Daily Wellness Visits

Personalized Check-Ins:

A friendly face stopping by daily to ensure clients are well, their environment is safe, and their basic needs are met. Every visit acts as a light health risk assessment. We take individual risk factors and medical history into account, enhancing health monitoring and safety. Our check-ins function as a daily welfare check, offering families the assurance that their loved ones are well.

Standby (Non-Hands On) Assistance:

We offer a reassuring presence while clients perform personal care tasks, providing support and enhancing confidence.

Light Household Support:

During each visit, our caregivers can assist with light household support. For example, this includes changing linens, quick cleanups, and taking out the trash for a tidy home.

Visual Safety and Wellness Assessments:

Our trained staff members assess the well-being of each client. If any concerns arise, we will promptly report to the designated emergency contact and immediately call 911 for medical assistance when necessary. These assessments play a vital role in supporting clients’ good health by addressing daily needs and identifying potential risks.
