Lynette has been part of the Home Helpers family since 2020, but her journey in caregiving began all the way back in 1972. With over five decades of experience, Lynette's lifelong commitment to caring for others is nothing short of inspiring. Her heart for service and compassionate spirit have touched countless lives throughout the years, and we are honored to have her on our team.

A Heart of Compassion:

Lynette's passion for caregiving comes straight from the heart. She genuinely loves people and has a natural compassion for helping others; it’s simply second nature to her. Her warmth, patience, and kindness shine through in every visit, and her clients can feel the love and care she brings into their lives.

Family and Fulfillment:

Lynette is currently living her best life with her loving husband and cherishing every moment. She's also a proud grandmother to two granddaughters, ages 11 and 17. Her strong family values are reflected in the nurturing way she cares for her clients, as if they were her own family.

Sarasota Roots:

Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Lynette is proud of her local roots. Her connection to the community runs deep, and she brings a warm, neighborly presence to her caregiving that clients find comforting and familiar.

A Life Full of Joy:

Outside of work, Lynette enjoys singing in the choir and spending time at the casino for a little fun and relaxation. Her love of music goes beyond the choir—she’s known by many of her clients as “The Singing Aide” because she’s been singing to those she cares for over the years. Lynette’s voice brings peace, comfort, and connection to the people she serves. Her vibrant personality and joyful spirit shine both inside and outside of her caregiving work, making her a light to everyone she meets.

Southern Favorites:

When it comes to food, Lynette loves all the Southern staples—fried chicken, collard greens, and BBQ ribs top her list. She enjoys good food, good company, and meaningful moments with the people she cares about.

A Fun Surprise:

Here’s a fun fact about Lynette you might not know: she dated baseball players before she got married! Just another interesting layer to the amazing woman we’re proud to call part of our caregiving team.
