Hello!

I am Courtney Duran, owner of Home Helpers Home Care of Aberdeen. I am honored to live and work in the Sandhills of North Carolina. My daughter attends school and participates in tennis in Moore County. Our life here is happy and full of joy.

I opened Home Helpers Home Care of Aberdeen with the goal of being the best provider of in-home care and assistance to my friends and neighbors in the greater Fort Bragg area. Since opening, I have worked with experienced, educated, and compassionate caregivers providing premium in-home caregiving services to our clients. Our clients are happier, healthier, and now safe at home with the help of our wonderful staff. This is a tradition I look forward to continuing in our community long into the future!

Hello!

I have been in the medical field for about ten years. I started my journey as an EMT then moved into the office setting as a Medical Assistant. I really missed the personal aspect of helping people, so I became a caregiver. As a caregiver I can ensure my clients can manage day-to-day activities are safe, happy and maintain a sense of independence. Working with our local Veteran community has taught me just how much need there is for in-home caregivers.

My passion for this job has no limits, and I will continue to help those in need as long as I can. Being a caregiver has brought me a joy I never realized I could have.

My name is Samantha Saucedo, and I am the Administrative Assistant at Home Helpers Home Care. My background is in contracts, compliance, and process coordination. With that, my goal is to bring strong organizational skills and a calm, solutions‑focused approach to every interaction. I help keep our office running smoothly and make sure clients, caregivers, and families feel supported every day. I am passionate about the care the Home Helpers Home Care of Aberdeen team provides, and I love being part of a team that makes a real difference in people’s lives!

When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me with my two dogs and my cat or planning fun themed gatherings for friends and family!

I am 24 years old and have been a caregiver for 2 years. The reason I became a caregiver is because it gives me ample opportunities to assist those who need a bit of help. I find joy in it because I get to assist people in ways that make life sire and more enjoyable, whether it’s a nice chat or heaping around the home.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which allowed me to gain knowledge on geriatric Psychology. I am trained in Dementia care and infection control. I am skilled in cooking and light housekeeping tasks.

I have been in the medical field as a caregiver for 23 years. I started in the private sector then joined Home Helpers Home Care of Aberdeen in 2024.

I love what I do and knowing that I helping someone who needs help is my calling.  I start my day with a smile knowing that I will be seeing my clients that day. Being able to provide a warm heart and compassion while caring for my clients enables their family members to have a sense of security, which fulfills my heart. I feel like my clients are my family and treat them as if they are.
