Not only with her physical care, but for her safety as well. As Mom’s dementia progressed, they suggested secretly unplugging the stove. I never would have thought of this, Mom just figured that the stove was broken. They suggested a toaster oven with an automatic shut off timer, a perfect solution for what could have been a tragic event.

If I’ve needed to speak to any of the staff members and had to leave a message, they would call me back promptly.
