Serving Those Who Served Our Country
Home Helpers Home Care of Fredericksburg is proud to expand access to compassionate in-home care for veterans and their families throughout the Fredericksburg region.
As a locally owned and veteran-owned home care agency, serving veterans has special meaning to our organization. Owner and Administrator Dave Saty Yond served more than two decades in the U.S. Army, and that experience continues to shape the agency’s commitment to service, accountability, dignity, and respect.
Supporting Veterans at Home
Many veterans want to remain safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes as their care needs change. Home Helpers Home Care of Fredericksburg provides non-medical in-home support that may include personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, respite care, mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, and other individualized assistance based on each client’s needs.
Our agency is also continuing to develop its ability to support eligible veterans through VA Community Care referral pathways. Eligibility, authorization, and covered services are determined through the Department of Veterans Affairs and applicable VA Community Care processes.
A Personal Commitment to the Veteran Community
For Dave, caring for veterans is more than a business opportunity. It is an extension of a lifetime of service and an opportunity to help fellow veterans and their families navigate changing care needs with dignity.
Home Helpers Home Care of Fredericksburg is committed to providing dependable, compassionate care while building strong relationships with veterans, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners throughout the region.
