We were blessed to have Home Helpers come along and partner with our family when my Mother was at the end of her life. They were extremely responsive helping me support my Mother so that she could spend her last days in her home. All of the caregivers were wonderful professionals who provided tremendous help during our Hospice care period. Home Helpers has been caring for my father for the last year and they are absolutely wonderful. We were using a different company before and they are so much better than the previous company. One of the things I appreciate the most is that the owner is always accessible to us for whatever comes up and they are extremely responsive and flexible. I first called them from the hospital and the owner was visiting us with paperwork the very next day, in my dad’s hospital room. The owner also visits my dad regularly while his care givers are with him to check in on everyone, which gives me a lot of relief and comfort. It’s so difficult to be in the place where your parent needs this kind of assistance but Home Helpers has made this experience so much easier. It feels like dear friends are helping us and caring for my dad, not just people we have hired. If you are looking for care givers for a loved one, I can not recommend them enough. They have been a trusted source of help in a very difficult time.
