Santa Clara Home Helpers has been a big help in the care of my mom, without their help it would have been difficult to care for my elderly mom in our home by my self. They have shown kindness , compassion, and empathy to my moms care even with difficulties faced. Amy & Charlie are easy to talk to and very understanding regarding any issues and go above and beyond to provide the right helper for my mom. They keep us informed in advance to any changes made or if the helper assigned needs changing, they try their very best to provide coverage incase the regular helper can’t make it.

I used Home Helpers for a ride to and from a medical procedure. at the hospital. The procedure ended up being delayed several hours. Home Helpers was very reassuring and stayed way past the time they were scheduled to help me. They really helped me at a very stressful time!

I’ve had a great experience with Home Helpers of Santa Clara. I’m a trustee and they care for my elderly client who is completely bedridden. The caretakers I interact with most are Geraldine and Emily. They are indeed paid staff, however he sees them as friends. They keep him clean, happy, awake, healthy and engaged in all the fun tv shows, and even cook him delicious food from scratch.

Home helpers has been my go to for my mom’s needs. The caregivers are kind and patient and try to engage her in activities.
They have been consistent, a special shout-out to Janice for going over and beyond to cheer mom up.
They are always very responsive and respectful and listen to your needs. They have been able to find subs whenever needed.
