Navigating the world of in-home care and finding the right company to care for you or your loved one is challenging. I’m Charlie Craig, the owner of this local Home Helpers franchise, and I know because I’ve been there. When I was trying to find care for my father, I realized the industry was frustrating and confusing and, although there were companies in the area, none of them seemed to meet my family’s needs. I opened this business to change that.

At Home Helpers, we specialize in providing comprehensive home care for seniors, and individuals needing recuperative and continuing assistance. My team and I serve Huntington, and the surrounding area.

Before opening this business, I provided client solutions for more than 30 years as an account executive in the printing business. I had been looking into franchise opportunities and my experience with my dad inspired me to look into in-home care and, eventually, to open Home Helpers. My goal with Home Helpers is not only to serve people in this community in the best way possible, but also to provide local caregivers with a rewarding, supportive place to work. Being a caregiver is often an undervalued career, but it’s an incredibly important job. My goal is to make Home Helpers a valued community resource, a place where the most talented caregivers will want to work and be part of our team.

Catherine is the VP of Operations, Client Relations/Acquisition, Care Manager & Shift Scheduler.

Every person deserves to be treated with compassion and kindness no matter their age, color or status. I am someone who has always followed their heart! I choose to live passionately through my positive belief and attitude everyday. I actively started caregiving service back in 2008 as a Certified Hospice Home Health Aide. My personal care skills come naturally to me and they are strongly intuitive yet sensitive too. A true caregiver simply knows the heart of another person through feeling their shared vulnerabilities.

Lindsey Harper is a seasoned recruiter with 15+ years of experience specializing in Home Care talent acquisition. Passionate about connecting top candidates with opportunities, she uses her passion for the senior population, and extensive knowledge of the home care industry, and leverages a strategic approach to identify and attract high-performing individuals across diverse roles. She has worked in all areas of the home care industry and has recruited thousands of caregivers over the years. She finds great joy in serving our senior population and connecting the best candidate to the proper role so that our seniors can have independence and quality of life.
