I cannot express enough gratitude for the care that Home Helpers has provided! Caring for elderly parents when living in another state has proven to be such a challenge! But, both Bertie and Joan have been so kind and Wonderful in helping navigate any need that arises on any and all levels — from light housekeeping, personal hygiene, identifying areas of concern, communicating with family, medical appointments, rides, meals, special requests, etc. There has not been one thing that they have not been willing to help problem-solve and provide a solution for! But, maybe more importantly, they have been simply amazing in befriending and eliminating the feeling of isolation — which, in turn, provides such peace of mind for family! knowing that caring, professional people are checking on them when we can’t be there is so valuable! whether you are local or several states away, We would highly recommend Bertie, Joan and their team if you find yourself needing exceptional care for someone in your family!

Today is My second day to have Amberlee Root in my home and I”ve already come to the conclusion that she is a “keeper!” She knows how to do what needs done and goes about doing it. She has wonderful work ethics and a great personality also. She doesn’t hesitate when I ask her to do anything and does it well when she does it! Thank you for sending Amberlee to me!!!

Our caregiver helped with my husband. He needed help getting out of bed in the morning, bathing, Dressing, Personal care, walking, assistance getting out of a chair. He had never had care from another female before and she helped him feel comfortable helping him with these things immediately. She helped with laundry, some cooking and cleaning. She was great with my husband and I was able to get away and do some shopping. I gave her 5 stars, she was great!!!

Both Of parents are elderly ,my father is a veteran . Home helpers comes into their home for 2 hours per day to help them. Their caregiver is Ashley Baker she is god sent. She is very compassionate and understanding with their needs . She comes In and starts working as soon as she hits the door and doesn’t stop until it is time for her to leave. She is so good my father recommended her to a friend and she now goes there too. Everyone should be lucky enough to have Ashley Baker as their caregiver!!!!!
