Meet Our Team

Quyen On is the owner and administrator of Home Helpers Home Care of Mission Valley, serving families throughout San Diego County. He founded the agency to give local families a dependable alternative to piecing together care on their own, and he remains personally involved in every case, from the first phone call through caregiver matching and ongoing support as needs change.

Families work directly with Quyen rather than a call center. He answers the phone, conducts the in-home assessments himself, and stays reachable in the evenings and on weekends when questions come up outside business hours.

He serves as the designated administrator on the agency’s Home Care Organization license, HCO License 374700432, issued by the California Department of Social Services, and works closely with families navigating dementia care, hospital and rehab discharges, Medicare GUIDE dementia respite support, PACE programs, long term care insurance, and VA resources.

Home Helpers Home Care of Mission Valley serves Mission Valley, Tierrasanta, Mira Mesa, Serra Mesa, Kearny Mesa, Del Cerro, Allied Gardens, San Carlos, Normal Heights, and City Heights, along with Chula Vista, Bonita, National City, Spring Valley, Lakeside, Rancho San Diego, Bostonia, and Alpine.
